Chopin Competition Ticket Site Purchase Procedures
Tickets for the Chopin Competition 2020 will be available on the Chopin Society’s official ticketing website.
(1) Accessed at https://tickets.nifc.pl/index.html?lang=en
(2) Register as a member first and log in.
Click on (1) to open the menu, then click on “REGISTER” to proceed to membership registration. Once you have registered as a member, log in.
If you do not log in first, you may lose the tickets in your shopping cart. Be sure to register in advance and log in before proceeding to the next step.
(3) Click on “INDIVIDUAL TICKET” for the Chopin Competition
Click on the date you want to go.
(5) Click on “BUY TICKET
Stages marked NO PLACES are already sold out.
(6) Click on your favorite seating category and click Next.
- Parter・・・First floor seats
- Balkon I. Balcony seats
- Balkon Ⅱ・・・ Balcony seats
If you cannot click, the seats for that location are already sold out.
If you look closely, you can see that the sold-out areas are lighter in color. In the photo above, Balkon II is sold out.
(7) Click on the seat of your choice and click “Next”.
Gray is already sold out. Prices vary by seat location. Color-coded by price class.
Click “Add tickets for next event” if you wish to purchase more tickets, or click “I BUY AND PAY” if you wish to proceed to payment.
The number of tickets, clock symbol, and time limit will appear in the upper left corner of the screen. Within this time limit, the seat you put in the basket will be kept.
If you want to cancel your seat, click on the recycle bin to the right of “Tickets in the basket”. (For smartphones, just scroll to the right.)
Click “I BUY AND PAY” to proceed to the payment screen. Click “Pay.
If you click “I BUY AND PAY” on the screen ⑧, an e-mail with a payment link will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Even if you accidentally delete the payment screen, you can still pay within the time period by clicking the link.
(10) Select a payment method and complete the payment by entering the required information.
If you do not have an overseas account, you can basically just click on VISA/mastercard credit card payment.
Clicking on the “Fill in your name and address” button will take you to a page where you can fill in all the necessary information and you are done.
Once payment is received, a PDF ticket will be emailed to you.
